Otniel Shuudifonya, a suspect in the #Fishrot corruption scandal, insists that payments to his companies were contributions from his co-accused for a mining project in Angola and or services he provided, therefore in no way linked to illicit proceeds from fishing quotas. Shuudifonya appeared in the Windhoek High Court before judge Shafimana Ueitele for his bail application for which he prepared to pay N$50 000.
