#Fishrot Update | Shuudifonya has pleaded not guilty to charges of fraud, racketeering and money laundering after allegedly receiving N$2,9 million from a company that bought fishing rights from Fishcor known as Skeleton Coast Trawling which is a subsidiary of the Novanam Group on behalf of former Fishcor CEO, Mike Nghipunya, as an investment for a business venture. Nghipunya and Shuudifonya, agreed on a business deal, in which Nghipunya was supposed to provide capital to the value of N$3 million. Instead, Nghipunya informed him to rather issue an invoice to Skeleton Coast Trawling, without having provided any services to the company.
