The Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security is in a position to supply food to the nation during an emergency. Currently, the ministry feeds more than 9 000 offenders and police officers at correctional facilities. Minister, Dr Albert Kawana said this during his visit to the Swakopmund and Walvis Bay correctional facilities.
