Theo Diergaardt, the former Deputy Minister and regional councillor from Rehoboth in the Hardap Region has died. He was 50 years old. The former Rehoboth Urban West Councillor died in a Windhoek hospital on Wednesday. Diergaardt served as Deputy Minister of Lands and Resettlement from 2011 to 2015.
