Former Independent Patriot for Change (IPC) Councillor, Simeon Martin at Kalkrand and his co-accused Albertus Reynecke were granted bail of N$1000 each by the Mariental Magistrate's Court. The duo appeared today in court on a charge of possession of stolen goods following their arrest on Thursday.
