Three former SWAPO party councillors in the Okahandja Municipality have been granted bail of N$10 000, after their arrest this morning. The three, former Chairperson of the Okahandja Municipality management committee, Gideon Uwu-Khaeb, former Deputy Mayor Hileni Iita, and former Councillor Helmi Maruru appeared in the Okahandja Magistrates Court this afternoon.
