Founding President Sam Nujoma returned from Cairo, Egypt where he was awarded for "outstanding achievements" in the field of Diplomacy - for Peaceful Conflict Resolutions and Strengthening of Cooperation and Peace, between civilisations. The SWAPO Party Youth League welcomed him back as he arrived at the Hosea Kutako International Airport.
