Fugitive Lazarus Shaduka handed over to the Namibian Correctional Services

Fugitive Lazarus Shaduka has been handed over to the Namibian Correctional Services to start serving his 20 year prison term. Inspector-General of the Namibian Police Lieutenant-General, Sebastian Ndeitunga told NBC News that Shaduka could not say much when he was interrogated by the police. Shaduka is expected to face a charge of escape. The escapee handed himself to the Namibian Consulate Office at Ondjiva, Angola on Monday.
