Government is expected to invest about nine million dollars in the development and upgrading of IT infrastructure at tertiary institutions. This was revealed by the Minister Higher Education, Technology and Innovation Dr Itah Kandjii-Murangi, when she launched the stimulus package and measures to deal with the impacts of the pandemic in the higher education sector.
