The Government has launched a new programme aimed at promoting physical education (PE) and sporting activities in schools and for Namibians in general. The manual for the Integrated Physical Education and School Sports (IPESS) was launched in Windhoek today by the Ministries of Sport, Youth and National Service as well as that of Education, Arts and Culture, in partnership with the German development agency GIZ. Green Enterprise Solutions PTY Limited also donated N$350 000 to the programme.
