Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has urged government ministries and agencies to share capital and human resources to ensure the system performs optimally. Addressing Executive Directors for the first time since the outbreak of COVID-19, Kuugongelwa-Amadhila appealed to them to be outcome-oriented.
