Government will prioritise the development of the creative economy as integral to innovation, entrepreneurship and competitiveness. Deputy Minister of Education, Arts and Culture, Faustina Caley says this is part of the efforts to make Namibia a knowledge-based nation in line with the Harambee Prosperity Plan.
