Government returns Herero-Nama Genocide negotiations to negotiating table

Government is going back to the negotiating table with Germany for further engagement on the Herero-Nama genocide agreement and bring it back to parliament for debate and possible ratification. The mover of the motion, Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs Frans Kapofi however urged fellow lawmakers to be careful on the negotiation approach, saying there is no guarantee that Germany will be willing to restart negotiations or agree on a new offer.
