The Popular Democratic Movement's (PDM) youth wing in ||Kharas Region has proposed that the government source funding from NGOs, embassies and international organisations to implement the second phase of the Neckartal Dam Project. Its public relations officer made the call at a press conference held at Keetmanshoop on Thursday.
