Learners who completed Grade 11 and 12 have been urged to research the requirements of different institutions they want to further their studies with. Higher Education, Technology and Innovation Minister, Itah Kandjii-Murangi said this when addressing the issue of admission of learners to tertiary institutions with an emphasis on those who exit secondary education at Grade 11.
