Namibia will have its national development at the forefront if the Harambee Prosperity Plan and other development goals are successfully implemented. This was the view shared by Deputy Minister of Education, Arts and Culture, Faustina Caley, when she handed over renovated school buildings and ablution facilities in the Zambezi Region. The construction work formed part of the Ministry's COVID-19 pandemic relief programs.
