The Namibian Police (NAMPOL) in the Hardap Region has issued 87 fines worth N$77 400 for various traffic offences since the start of the festive season. Acting Hardap Police Regional Commander, Deputy Commissioner Jason Hatutale, revealed this in an interview with NBC-News at the police checkpoint in the region.
