Farmers at the Bernafay agriculture project in the Hardap region are facing water shortages due to damaged boreholes. About 10 households were resettled on the farm in 2002, through Government's resettlement programme. Resettled farmers at the farm on Wednesday say the water scarcity is threatening crop production since December last year.
