The Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) has a high constitutional mandate over public health in the country. This places high expectations on optimum management and quality service delivery to all patients who visit health facilities, whether public or private. Health Minister, Dr Kalumbi Shangula shared these sentiments when he launched the second edition of the Standard Treatment Guidelines and the 7th edition of the Namibia Essential Medicines List in the capital on Wednesday.
