Defence Minister Frans Kapofi, wants the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) to continue intensifying campaigns to curb the spread of COVID-19 as many Namibians have started to relax. Kapofi said this during a meeting with former liberation struggle fighters at Swakopmund.
