The Ministry of Health and Social Services has warned its employees against falsifying Covid-19 Vaccination Cards for unvaccinated individuals. Executive Director Ben Nangombe says the ministry has been alerted of unvaccinated individuals who approach ministry employees and try to acquire and or falsify vaccination cards, mostly to present such documents to potential employers. The ministry has therefore implored its managers to be aware of such illegal practices and store unused vaccination cards in a secure manner. Ministry officials are further encouraged to ensure proper record keeping and stock control measures are in place and to verify available stock against the number of persons vaccinated on a daily basis.
