Okakarara Constituency Councillor Ramana Mutjavikua, says the recent heavy rainfall and hailstorm at Otjituuo Settlement will spark a rise in malaria cases there. Mutjavikua says the settlement is one of the high-risk zones in Otjozondjupa Region, adding antimalarials are advised when in the area.
