High Court judge, Thomas Masuku will on 19 April announce his decision on the fate of two minor girls born in South Africa through surrogacy. The fathers of the girls, a same-sex couple, brought an urgent application, asking the court to compel the Ministry of Home Affairs to issue emergency travel documents to the twins.
