Deputy Judge President, Hosea Angula has dismissed an urgent application aimed to stop some Omaheke Region delegates from attending the sixth Swapo party congress. This followed after four party members lodged an urgent application due to alleged irregularities during the election process that saw these delegates elected to represent the region at the party's biggest meeting. The respondents in the matter however put it to court that such complaints were supposed to be forwarded to the next party structure before involving the courts.
