Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security, Dr Albert Kawana has cautioned his officials to refrain from corruptly issuing national documents. He was speaking during the inauguration of the N$ 40 million Regional Civil Registrations Office at Opuwo in the Kunene Region.
