Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) Minister, Peya Mushelenga has called on African countries, to focus on investing in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry. Mushelenga was talking at the just-ended Africa Information and Communication Technology Ministers forum in Windhoek.
