Illegal fishing in the Namibian waters by vessels licenced to operate in Angolan waters have been brought under control by the relevant authorities. Fisheries and Marine Resources Minister, Derek Klazen told this to the National Assembly (NA), while responding to an article that appeared in a local daily newspaper recently. The publication reported that there are illegal fishing activities taking place in the Namibian waters.
