Lack of adequate financial records by some State Owned Enterprises - SOEs has marred investigations into their operations. The new leadership of the New Era Publication Corporation and Namibia Student Financial Assistance Fund -NSFAF could not account on some critical information required by the Parliamentary Standing Committee of Public Accounts.
