An independent candidate contesting the Katutura Central Constituency election says he will seek legal opinions on the auctioning of houses owned by pensioners, due to debt if elected into power. Edison Uapingene also promised to expedite the process of writing off the debt owed in rates and taxes by the elderly, in his constituency.
