An independent candidate contesting the Ncamagoro Constituency by-election in Kavango West Region has promised to secure a market for residents of all forestry resources. Ladislaus Poroto says, if elected as a regional councillor, he will establish factories for all forestry resources in the constituency, saying such a move will take Ncamagoro residents out of poverty.
