Namibia could end up having a high number of unemployed graduates if institutions of higher learning are not aligned with the needs of the industries. This was said by the Minister of Higher Education, Technology and Innovation, Dr Itah Kandjii- Murangi during a panel discussion on 'Reimagining the future of work and skills development in the tourism sector'.
