Namibia is participating in the sixth special session of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), represented by ambassador Albertus !Aochamub on the executive board. The need to upscale resources for the organisation's existing programmes, including locally adapted National Distance Learning System were some of the issues raised.
