Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) has decided to restraint its City of Windhoek Councillors from representing the party at the City Council for one week, with immediate effect. The party says the three councillors erred in their judgement to have admitted responsibility, alongside a public statement by Mayor Job Amupanda, in apologising for the recent incident where homes were demolished in Mukwanangombe informal settlement, in the Tobias Hainyeko Constituency.
