Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) and Erongo Regional Council Chairperson, Ciske Smith Howard is disappointed with foreign companies who she says get preferential treatment over Namibians with regards to fish quota allocations. Ciske expressed her dissatisfaction at a meeting with Affirmative Repositioning (AR) Movement leaders, where they deliberated on the matter of permanent employment for fishermen working for local company Cavema.
