IPC's Ciske Howard-Smith elected Chairperson of Erongo Management Committee

Independent Patriots for Change's (IPC) Ciske Howard-Smith has taken over leadership of the Erongo Regional Council. IPC's Ciske Howard-Smith has broken some records by becoming the first female, white Namibian and member of an opposition party to be elected chairperson of the Erongo Management committee.
