President of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC), Dr Pandeni Itula says Namibians should vote his party into power if they want to see positive change. Dr Itula was campaigning in Windhoek's Babylon Informal Settlement ahead of the upcoming regional and local authority elections scheduled for November this year.
