The Joint Commission between Namibia and Congo- Brazaville which seeks to deepen areas of co-operation is expected to meet early next year. The last round of negotiations took place in Congo-Brazaville, six years ago, and follow-up sessions have been postponed indefinitely due to COVID-19.
