Despite Otjozondjupa Regional Council availing plots at Kalkfeld settlement in August 2021, little or no development has taken place as many beneficiaries are unable to access loans to build houses. Otjiwarongo constituency councillor, Marlyn Mbakera says this is worrisome and will hamper development at the settlement.
