The Katima Mulilo Town Council's Chief Executive Officer, Raphael Liswaniso has reminded vendors that they are mandated to manage their affairs with appropriate by-laws. On Monday, Liswaniso called on the street vendors to go back to the allocated temporary areas while the council makes arrangements for a permanent vending place.
