Mukwe Constituency Regional Councilor, Damian Maghambayi called on the Shadikongoro Community to form a neighborhood watch as a strategy to combat crime. Maghambayi said this after receiving a petition from the community demanding justice for the murder of the University of Namibia (UNAM) student Riaan Kanyanga Mukuve. He promised to forward their grievances to the relevant authority.
