Kavango East Governor Bonifatius Wakudumo wants to see the Mashare Agricultural Development Institute reclaim its former glory in agronomic activities. Wakudumo was speaking at the launch of a climate-resilient centre of Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform at the former agricultural college.
