The Chairperson of the Kavango West Regional Council has urged traditional authorities to respect the provisions of the Communal Land Reform Act, which gives powers to allocate land. Joseph Sikongo made the call in reference to recent mayhem in Ncamagoro and Ncuncuni constituencies where villagers destroyed what they termed illegal fences.
