The Kavango West Regional Council has refuted allegations that it was not doing enough to remedy unhygienic conditions at Himarwa Ithete Secondary School. Senior Public Relations Officer Salomo Tenga says they are in the process of appointing a contractor to unblock the sewer system, which has been overflowing.
