The Keetmanshoop Municipality and NIPAM have signed a partnership agreement to service a total of 390 plots in two of the town's suburbs. The municipality has appointed NIPAM as a project manager to conduct housing market studies, prepare funding proposals, to obtain regulatory approvals and to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
