//Kharas Region Police commander, David Indongo has confirmed that a Namibian male has been arrested for making tribal remarks on social media. The man, believed to be a teacher is in police custody. He could face two counts, one is an assault by threatening and the other in contravention of the racial discrimination prohibition Act of 1991.
