The Chairperson of the ||Kharas Regional Council, Josef Isaack described the lack of proper consultation with pensioners as unacceptable. This comes after pensioners who flocked to the Keetmanshoop NamPost offices early this morning were only to be informed that they will not receive their monthly grants today.
