||Kharas Governor, Aletha Frederick, has called on the Regional Council to implement proposed development projects in line with the region's Integrated Land Use Plan. She made the remarks at a one-day stakeholders workshop at Keetmanshoop aimed at reviewing the region's ten-year Integrated Land Use plan, expected to expire in six months.
