Due to a surge in COVID-19 cases, the Khomas Region will have a low profile commemoration of Namibian Women and International Human Rights Day. The event, which will be marked at the 1959 Heroes and Heroines Memorial Grave in Windhoek tomorrow at 07h00 in the morning will not feature speeches nor will there be activities.
