The Director of Education in the Khomas Region says the new basic education curriculum will help Namibian graduates compete internationally. The new curriculum will have Grade 9 and 10 learners write external examinations at the end of the year. Khomas Education Director Gerard Vries says the phasing in of the new curriculum has been a milestone achievement for the Ministry of Education.
