The Khorixas Town Council has prioritised affordable land delivery to the residents of Donkerhoek informal settlement. Mayor Leana Gaeses told NBC News that this will be done in partnership with the Kunene Regional Council under the leadership of Governor Marius Sheya, who solicited funds from the Urban Ministry.
